My background is in landscape ecology. My research interests focus on the spatio-temporal dynamics of emerging infectious diseases, pests and weeds. In my research I employ variety of approaches and techniques such as remote sensing, Geographic Information System and species distribution modeling to study the spatial and temporal aspects of diseases, pests and weeds spread.
